Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Vetted ("Service"), operated by JK.Creative LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Accounts

Seekers: Must authenticate via Google. You may apply to a maximum of 3 jobs per day. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information.

Employers: Must provide a valid EIN and business information. Accounts are subject to verification. You are responsible for the content of your job listings.

3. Job Listings

All job listings must include a salary range. Listings are active for 30 days from payment. Employers must respond to applicants within 14 days. Ghost postings (listings for positions that don't exist) are prohibited and will result in account termination.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through Square. Standard listings are $350 and featured listings are $500, each for 30 days. All sales are final. Featured listing bonus credits expire 90 days from issuance.

5. Employer Ratings

Employer ratings are calculated from response speed (automatic) and seeker feedback (anonymous). Ratings are displayed publicly after 5 reviews. Consistently low-rated employers may have listings demoted or accounts suspended.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: post fraudulent listings, misrepresent your identity or business, harass other users, scrape or crawl the platform, attempt to circumvent the application limit, or manipulate the rating system.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to display that content on the platform. Vetted branding, design, and code are owned by JK.Creative LLC.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vetted is a job board, not an employment agency. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, verify the accuracy of listings beyond EIN verification, or mediate disputes between employers and seekers. The Service is provided "as is."

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
